  I like jimmy john's quite a bit.But this store as an exception, is quite slow. Like a lot of businesses these days, online customers seem to take priority over in store customers. Lastly, I asked for extra mayonnaise on my sandwich?Even though it said it came with mayonnaise already, I like a little extra. I know they heard me correctly because it was correct on my receipt. The sandwich I received had no mayonnaise at all. This was the most important problem for me And it is the reason I chose to post the review.

  Ordered 19 sandwiches on the app. They were ready when I got there. Mustard/mayo packets included and extra napkins. Was greeted with a smile. The sandwiches were great! I use this location a lot and have never been disappointed in their service or food. So awesome!!!

  I usually love going to this location because everyone is fairly nice. I went here Saturday morning with the expectation of getting good service and good food but I did not. There was two women one with short hair, one heavier, set lady with messy hair I asked for a Jimmy Cubano but when I opened up my food when I got home, they gave me tuna. I called up to the Jimmy John’s, and I was basically told that it’s not her problem and to take it up with the general manager, which I believe the name was Shane or Sharon all in all, I will not be returning for night shift
