  Have been in line over an hour….ordered online so just sticking it out but WOW! Not fast food.

  On Monday 2/23/26 I ordered threw the drive threw. They didn't give me my full order and handing me my food the bag broke and fell on the ground and all over my car . I called when I got home about the missing items gave them my name and was told that the order would be replaced to make it right. I went to get the order replaced on Saturday 2/27 and was told that they knew nothing about it. I tried to call the store later and was rudely hung up on and then they refused to answer my calls. Never plan on getting anything from Taco Bell again and will tell everyone how bad the food and service is

  Wait times are typically 45-60 minutes in the drive through consistently. The food is also either overcooked or missing altogether. On my last order this location missed 3/5 tacos. Nothing special about them, just three crunchy tacos. I will be avoiding this location until significant changes are made.

  If I could give this place a 0 I would. The lady who handled the drive through last night at 01/22 1:58 am was extremely awful. She wasn’t aware of the update of the combo. She proceeded to be rude and snatch my food from me. I just wanted to keep it simple and get my missing taco. The worse service ever!!!!
