Our order was wrong, and trying to get anyone on the phone was a nightmare. I called as soon as I got back to the office and was on hold for over 8 minutes before giving up. Called again 30 minutes later—on hold for 5+ minutes, no answer. Tried again later in the day and was still holding after 10 minutes. We spent nearly $100 feeding our staff and couldn’t even get basic customer service to fix a mistake. Completely unacceptable. WILL NOT GO BACK.

Worst pizza hut ever. The pizza was super thin and the guy who gave us the order was purposely making me repeat my name 3 times because he's ignorant. Please relearn them or terminate.

Delivery took over a half hour from the time I was notified that they were on their way. I live less than 5 minutes from their store. Over cooked, cold food. We won't make this mistake again!
