  We went on 1/5/2026, ordered 2 Cobb Salads, and the chicken was undercooked on both salads. We are paying the price today with sickness. Would never go back nor would I recommend anyone else either. Not sure how you can make chicken fingers medium rare?

  The food here is pretty good as far as Outbacks go, but I would be careful about ordering curbside pickup. We have done this two times over the past three weeks, and both times our order was at least 30 minutes late. The first instance was about 45 minutes to an hour late, and we probably could’ve eaten inside during that time and then just got to go for other family members quicker than we got our curbside carry out. They really need to be more realistic about the pick up times.

  This place made me sad, now I remember why I haven’t been there in years. The Alice chicken I ordered tasted like whatever mixed seasoning they use on everything. You couldn’t taste the chicken, the cheese, the mushroom or the bacon it just tasted like you were biting into a block of spice. Very disappointing and unnecessary. You can put a modest amount of spice on and then people can salt and pepper at the table if needed but any cook knows that bacon is loaded with a ton of salt as well as cheese so you really don’t need a whole lot more seasoning. The shrimp was a little better, but still heavy-handed with the seasoning, I will give it thumbs up on the standard loaded baked potato, however. The food took quite a while to come out and the restaurant was basically empty, so we’re not sure what happened there. No apologies for that and no apologies for my meal when they asked how it was. I figured they would offer some kind of compensation, we had a party of six so it was a pretty big ticket. I would’ve expected them just to comp that One meal or very at least bring over a couple of desserts for everyone to share. You can see in the picture how much Of the chicken I couldn’t eat, it just wasn’t worth the calories and everything. There is so fattening which I’ll do once in a while if it’s a good trade-off for flavor and taste in customer service, but in this case, it wasn’t worth the calories. Can’t believe that a manager wasn’t asked to come over and talk to us and apologize, what’s the point of sitting down at a restaurant at all I might as well eat at home. Also, we had a drink spill couldn’t find anyone to help us clean it up for a while when I finally found one of the other servers and asked them for something to clean it up. They brought me a stack of cocktail napkins from the bar.

  The food was good but you have to ask questions when it comes to the specials because they upcharge for some soups and sides. The server was great, she even brought my service animal water without me having to ask. The manager walked around checking on the tables and was very pleasant.
