  I stopped by the Macedonia,Oh location to grab lunch. The young blonde host simply didn't want to seat me and my wife. The place was half empty. She walked off talked to the older brunette women coming out the kitchen; and together they decided they would stick us in this tiny table behind the only party in (probably 10/11 people) the restaurant. Between the wheelchairs and a half wall 🧱. On the other side of the wall was 4 to 6 booths. When I asked could we have an open booth, she sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes and slams her hand down as she picks up the menus she had slide on this little table. So I tell her never mind. Keep her attitude and I'll keep my money. I understand there's a worker shortage; everywhere. Front staff like these two will keep your restaurant empty and understaffed. Do better OUTBACK

  My husband and I had our Anniversary dinner on Sunday(3/1/26) at the Macedonia location and it was excellent! Our server Reign was very friendly and efficient! She checked on us frequently-even after getting a table of 10 to serve! We hadn’t been to Outback in awhile but definitely planning another dining experience soon.

  Half of a hour to be seated Another half of a hour to have our order taken One hour before we were served our food Cold in the restaurant It was busy but, two hours to eat after you arrive That's a little much

  My husband, myself and 2 adult girls showed up at 530 on Valentine's Day. We were told about 45 minutes to an hour wait. At about 45 minutes we checked on the wait and were told at least another 50 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. While we were taken back, we waited. Others were upset, demanding the manager like she could make the BOH move faster. Once seated, our server, Mikayla, was amazing. She told us the kitchen was backed up and food was taking over an hour but appetizers were coming out quickly. We got our salads and Blooming Onion immediately and those held us over until our main course came out. I was in awe of how customers were treating the FOH because BOH was so busy with online orders and in house orders. They had no empathy on one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants. The food still came out amazing. Thank you Mikayla and staff for being so sweet, attentive and kind to us! We will be back!

  Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time it took to try to eat dinner with my family I pulled up and it wasn't even busy It took 1.5hr to get my food. I couldn't even enjoy it because I am exhausted from working all day. I don't care about your discount. You were 40 percent full of occupants You said entire staff here Food is good but not worth the time or money to sit here Great waitress You hold people hostage Even at the end we took our dessert to go and it's been 15 minutes and we still don't have it
