Sausage meal with a coffee first of all my sandwich was cold bread was hard I had to pull the edges off around it , the cheese not melted the sausage patty dry and was not even warm the hash brown probably was kept under the light to stay warm but that to wasn't that warm BUT the coffee was the only hot item. What a way to start a morning off with a long day ahead. To provide great customer service is to inspect your product before you serve it to your customers. I wish I could have took it back and got my money back. It's the carelessness in the fast food industry improper training and holding times.
