  i come to this jimmy john’s often and most of the time i have an okay experience. i came a few days ago and i had the best experience i have ever had. i talked to a young woman and she told me her name was skylar. she is a very sweet young lady and i will definitely be coming back. it seemed as though she was happy to be there, she greeted me as soon as i walked in and we had a wonderful conversation. she made my sandwich spot on, which most people mess up. i appreciate her being having a positive attitude and i loved the conversation we had. thank you skylar for making me feel welcome

  I normally go to Jimmy John’s in the evening after work but yesterday on 1/3/26 I went in the afternoon for lunch and I was very disappointed. Normally I get greeted as soon as I walk in but this day I walked in to everyone sitting down looking at their phones. The one worker whom I am assuming is very pregnant had her stomach hanging out and seemed very agitated that I was there as she rolled her eyes and she said what do you want. Needless to say if I return to this location I will only be going in the evening due to this particular worker and her attitude as the evening shift has always made me feel welcome!

  I am a repeat customer and I absolutely enjoy Braxton and Sky we joke back and forth laugh and laugh my entire time there they always make my food spot on, when I go to jimmys braxton is usually by herself unless of course sky is with her I’m definitely coming back for more great food and great company!!! Thanks guys

  I work in the same plaza as this jimmy's locations , we will stop over to get lunch periodically they always take care of us and it’s always a great tasting meal. Appreciate there time and effort !! Thank you guys

  This location has been a hit or miss in regard to service and quality. However, today my order was spot on. I used to be employed with Jimmy John’s in general years ago now, and my order was on par with the quality and consistency that JJ’s strives to meet (corporate visited and trained our location often as we were a very busy store). Even the sandwich wrapping was correct. Everything was correct. I ordered a little before 3 PM today 10/24/25 for pickup. My husband picked up and said there was a young man working there by himself (or at least it seemed that way). So I hope he gets the credit he deserves.
