  So\n Last night there was an incident with Braxton again. First time, she called my niece, a 1/2 breed, I posted about that last night, she called the police on my family held my niece, captive inside the store would not let her go. Please come. Finally, I got my niece out of the store, there has been a civil lawsuit filed against Jimmy John's starting Monday morning, the owner does not even care

  I usually love going to this location because everyone is fairly nice. I went here Saturday morning with the expectation of getting good service and good food but I did not. There was two women one with short hair, one heavier, set lady with messy hair I asked for a Jimmy Cubano but when I opened up my food when I got home, they gave me tuna. I called up to the Jimmy John’s, and I was basically told that it’s not her problem and to take it up with the general manager, which I believe the name was Shane or Sharon all in all, I will not be returning for night shift

  i come to this jimmy john’s often and most of the time i have an okay experience. i came a few days ago and i had the best experience i have ever had. i talked to a young woman and she told me her name was skylar. she is a very sweet young lady and i will definitely be coming back. it seemed as though she was happy to be there, she greeted me as soon as i walked in and we had a wonderful conversation. she made my sandwich spot on, which most people mess up. i appreciate her being having a positive attitude and i loved the conversation we had. thank you skylar for making me feel welcome

  Thought I would go grab a sandwich before work and was very disappointed by what I walked into. I walked in and one of the workers was sitting at the first booth with her nose in her phone, she was so consumed by her phone that she didn’t even look up or acknowledge me at all. The other worker greeted me right away and said she would be right with me. She finished making the order she was doing and then took my order all while this other worker just sat there and never once got up to even offer to help. As I was placing my order 3 other people walked in and AGAIN no greeting from the worker sitting down AND not once did she get up to help take or make anyone’s order. Braxton was the ONLY one working all while her coworker just sat there and did absolutely nothing. Finally a gentleman worker came in and started to help. This is why the younger generation has no work ethic they are paid to just SIT while watching others work. I normally don’t ask for employees names but I wanted to make sure Braxton was acknowledged for her hard work. I truly hope this is seen and something is done with the employee that was getting paid to sit while Braxton was all by herself. I have included a picture that I took while getting my drink as you can see this employee dad not even realize I was taking it. This is unacceptable!!!! Do better Jimmy John’s!!!!!
