Picked up our order and realized they made the sandwich wrong and they remade it and initially offered a free item they were out of and told us we would receive a credit on our account (never received after following 3 different times). Shame on me for not checking I go home and our pizza is wrong and can't be eaten and the pasta was mushy and cold. Called up and the young man I spoke too let me know he'd let his manager know and that we'd receive a refund. Follow up a week after and was told that the refund was applied it would just take time and they would never tell a customer they'd give them a refund and never follow through. Waited a few more weeks and physically went up to the store and was told the manager was notified and that I should be getting a refund. I never received it and I had to go to through my bank to get a partial refund.

Still not ready. Finally after about 25 (all together) minutes, they find my pizzas in a blue bin. Not on the heating rack, nothing keeping them warm. I was served 2 cold pizzas, even though I was there before they were even ready.
