Staff is extremely lazy they only had one girl who looked like she was just out of high school working there taking orders for all the cars while everyone was being inside. I don't support this company anyways they don't do anything to be green. They have heaters and their Windows wide open in the store in the middle of winter in Cleveland. I honestly hope their power goes out and they have to freeze for a whole day.
