  I never had a bad experience with this dominos until now. They i had to wait additional 30 min because one pizza got lost. But the staff was professional and offer me a drink while i was waiting for the replacement :)

  Extremely disappointed with the service at this Domino’s location. I placed my order in advance and the app showed that my order was already ready before I even arrived at the store. When I got there, I could clearly see my pizza sitting there, but no one acknowledged me at all. I waited more than 10 minutes at the counter and not a single employee greeted me, said “hi,” or even told me to wait. It felt like I was completely invisible. The only person who actually helped me was a delivery driver who happened to come in to pick up an order. He noticed me waiting and handed me my pizza. Even then, the staff behind the counter still didn’t say anything about the payment or the order. On top of that, they forgot to give my dipping sauces and my Coke. I had to stand there even longer just trying to get someone’s attention. The customer service here is terrible. No greeting, no communication, and no basic attention to customers standing right in front of them. It honestly felt like a waste of time coming here. Very unprofessional experience and definitely not the level of service you would expect from Domino’s.

  Been going here since they opened and only ever had my order messed up twice. The most recent time they completely dropped the ball. Picked up our order and realized they made the sandwich wrong and they remade it and initially offered a free item they were out of and told us we would receive a credit on our account (never received after following 3 different times). Shame on me for not checking I go home and our pizza is wrong and can't be eaten and the pasta was mushy and cold. Called up and the young man I spoke too let me know he'd let his manager know and that we'd receive a refund. Follow up a week after and was told that the refund was applied it would just take time and they would never tell a customer they'd give them a refund and never follow through. Waited a few more weeks and physically went up to the store and was told the manager was notified and that I should be getting a refund. I never received it and I had to go to through my bank to get a partial refund.
