  I love this place! They have so many drink options that it can get overwhelming. You tell them what you want and they ask you how you would like it- iced, frozen, energy, teas, sodas, lemonades, smoothies, and even milkshakes. The grasshopper milkshake is delicious. It is made with dark chocolate and mint. There are scrolling menus in the drive thru however I think they scrol too fast to read. I suggest you check out the menu online to see what your options are ahead of time. With over 20,000 yes 20,000 drink combinations. You are sure to find something that you like. The baristas are always so pleasant and helpful.

  I went in today 4/22 and there was a girl training (it was her 1st day) and I’m hopping on here to let whoever manages this store know that they hired an amazing, helpful young woman. I am from Arizona and we do not have seven brew there, so I was really excited to try this on my visit to Cleveland. She really made my experience amazing and I just wanted to give her a shout out.

  Our service was incredible. She was so helpful helping us find a drink we would enjoy and she even offered a pup cup for our fur baby. I would definitely come back just because of the service. Wish I got her name to give her the credit! 🤍

  I don’t mind waiting for a good cup of coffee, don’t get me wrong! I have a very easy order: cold brew; light ice with heavy cream. I have been to this location three times so far and every time they PACK my cup with ice when I try reeeeeally hard to clearly ask for light ice. I basically get like 6 sips of cold brew before my drink is gone. I also had to wait over 20 mins for my last order, which was Crazytown! I might give this place another try and ask for no ice? Just super bummed they haven’t been able to get my order right the last 3 times ☹️

  It was my moms and I’s first time going here and the customer service was absolutely amazing! We did not catch her name, but she was a taller lady, long braids on Tues April 14th at like 9:45pm. She was so nice and accommodating, ran through the menu with us and answered all our questions. Even gave our pup a pup cup! :) 10/10, definitely coming back and highly recommend!
