  I went through the drive thru yesterday 4/23/2026 at around 5:25pm at Lucasville, Ohio Wendys and ordered several things and was asked to pull up and wait on our food. The bag was brought out by a nice young lady. We looked in the bag and realized I hadn't received my grilled chicken ranch wrap so I took our whole bag back in to show them it wasn't in there. The guy making the food exclaimed he didn't make it because he had no wraps right in front of him to which one of the other employees went and got him some so that made me mad because if I hadn't of looked he would have cheated me out of my money for no product! Then the manager furthered the problem by making fun of the situation and then when my wrap was finally made and wrapped she threw it in the bag not placed it actually threw it in and said there's your wrap in a very nasty hateful voice!! I will never go there again and have told all friends and family how rude she was and to not go there!!! Not very professional at all!! Chicken in the wrap was cold and very disappointing!!

  this is one of the better Wendy’s I’ve been to! The Dave’s Single was actually juicy and looked like the picture for once. Even though they were busy, the staff was super upbeat and made sure everything in my bag was correct. Definitely a step above your average fast-food stop.

  Ordered a breakfast burrito. The sausage in it was burnt to a crisp. We called Wendy's Customer Care line to report our experience and we're told we would get a return call from the manager... who never did. Terrible way to run a business.
