Tried explaining to the manager I understand the issue was because of the app but I am looking to you as the manager to help with some sort of solution not scream “nothing I can do nothing I can do” and laughing at a customer while other customer are in store. Subway should look at taking his franchise rights away. Would provide zero stars if possible. A joke of a franchise location with terrible service. I would not recommend to anyone.
