- KPKaci PhilpotNov 15, 20252.0We had a a really negative experience here. Not because of the ice cream, but the staff. Niyah was the staff person who helped us. We walked in a group of 8 and then a line built up behind us. As I was asking questions about allergy scoops, she interrupted me and asked if the whole group was us. I told her “no.” Every question I asked was met with attitude. I ordered a simple scoop of coffee and asked again that it be an allergy scoop. That was met with an affirmative, but attitude. She preceded to scoop my ice cream right in front of me and then threw the spoon at me when she handed me the ice cream. When my scoop came out the same size as my daughter’s that was supposed to be a kids scoop but had two, she again gave me severe attitude assuring me that it was. Our friends were assisted by the next staff person who I believed was named Amy. Amy was a completely different experience and demeanor. They too had an allergy scoop and a kids scoop. Amy went in the back and got a new bucket of ice cream for the allergy scoop. This is how I learned that Niyah not only had a bad attitude, but lied. It was also notable that their kids scoop was one scoop, not two. I hope this provides a learning opportunity for their staff on allergies and customer service.

It’s unfortunate that the servers are behaving that way. There would be a huge benefit if they receive some training about customer service. We don’t pay only for premium ice cream. We pay for the service too.
