In addition, ordering in person they don't listen and agree with you when you try to correct the problem (i.e. them adding an additional drink to your order and you noticing on your receipt. They then try to argue that you did in fact order that drink.) I love Dunkin, but I will be going to a different one going forward as this one clearly doesn't care about keeping the correct amount of product made. Usually when you continue to sell out of items before a certain time, you increase volume. That would be the appropriate response vs upsetting customers because you're out of the most basic items.
