Would recommend that you walk in and order to ensure order is correct and to (hopefully) get a good portion size. Follow-up: I was directed to the Chipotle website to provide information on my experience. It took multiple attempts as I would enter the information and when I got to the "submit" button I would get an error saying to try again. Finally I logged into my Chipotle account and entered the information via the chatbot. In return for getting a burrito missing two ingredients and a very small salad I was given a free drink. Not what I'd call great customer service.
