- YMYour Mon5 days ago1.0First thing I say into any mcdonald's drive thru intercom always needs repeating sometimes multiple times over. But theres a button for griddle cakes. I ordered sausage mcgriddle, I didnt say anything else. So when I finally get home and ready to enjoy my sandwich I been looking forward to CHEESE IN BETWEEN 2 GRIDDLE CAKES. I didn't say anything besides sausage cheese mcgriddle. My son is autistic and he has a routine and has to get mcdonald's or else I'd never stop here. More headache than enjoyable anymore

Unfortunately the muffins were so hard we couldn't eat them so I took them back. I couldn't believe they gave me $9.38 back, because we ate the hashbrowns Very petty behavior I would think that McDonald's the corporation would refund the whole amount based on inconvenience alone

Sat for another 5-10 at the window, was pulled forward, and was missing items from the order. Staff were quite rude despite low business.
