Id been a GM for 7 years. Jennifer is an awful manager. I walk in, completely dead store. Wait up front for several minutes, someone whose been there the entire time finally says "Jen, customer up front"
Finally.
She comes up, doesnt greet me, I order, ask for a large drink. She waves her hands around like I just said something stupid. "Orange juice? Coffee? What?"
.....
I tell her large soda is usually what it means. She says "no we have other things"
.... she literally starts arguing with me about what the default meaning of a large drink is, something you learn as a crew member, much less a manager.
Didn't give me my receipt, literally had to reach across and grab it from the printer myself.
The person making food has long nails and is wearing gloves and is TEXTING ON HER PHONE WHILE MAKING FOOD AND WEARING THE GLOVES. DISGUSTING. The cheese is all stacked diagonally exposing the corners to the open air, another gross food safety violation.
Im a regular. Some of the older crew members deserve a management position more than people like Jennifer.
