I have to open my sandwich before leaving the store everytime to have them correct something they’ve missed when I place my order on the app. Doordashing I just have to accept it’s going to to be wrong. I get there and the guy working the counter was extremely unprofessional, as i'm showing him the order I placed, he responds "there is nothing i can do". Save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere.

- JKjim kinkeadAug 18, 20251.0Louisville Subway is the worst...I ordered online to pickup two footlongs a philly steak and cheese and a club ..it said to be ready at 6:05, however when I arrived at 6: 08 it hadn't even been started yet and there was another person waiting. They said they were very busy but only one person was in line. The other lady got her sandwich and I Figured i would be next. Another customer came in wanting his online order and sat down to wait . So they came to me with my sandwiches at 6:20 and I began to leave only realizing that they were NOT footlongs and not even the right sandwiches... Now I'm pissed off...the man that came in after me finally got his footlong and Im still waiting...they eventually get my sandwiches right and I left the store about 6:40 pm...I wonder if reading is a requirement for a My first sandwich I wanted was a steak and cheese but they "dont" make that anymore so I ordered the Philly steak and cheese and ordered it with just steak and cheese....duh!! My second sandwich is a club minus mayo, tomatoes and lettuce....and after I got home I got it with EVERYTHING ON IT!!!Again is it a requirement to be able to read.....I am taking it back tomorrow and god help me😡😡😡 there?
