I would understand if it's once in a while but it's every time I go there. This time I got the peppermint mocha hot chocolate but they used coffee instead of hot chocolate. You can taste and smell the difference immediately. Don't recommend for drinks and the food is decent half the time.

The other staff members were busy, and she was just standing there. It wasn’t until another employee reminded her that she came over to take our order, and she didn’t seem very willing to help. Really bad service. The attitude keeps getting worse.
