  I had to wait 35 minutes for my order. Because workers decided to film little kids. No older than 7 years old, fighting and making jokes. What are disgusting establishment? And I would be embarrassed if I was management.The fact that that happened is utterly atrocious, and this is why this is the worst mcdonald's in all of lorain county. The fact the manager did absolutely nothing speaks volumes to the ownership of this establishment

  Play area was dirty. I'm glad I carry Clorox Wipes in my purse.

  0/0 Highly do not recommend.. I ordered a deluxe chicken meal and wanted to kill some time at this location and let me sister grab it because I was in the play area with my child.. well my sister watched a man (customer) be handed my food, opened the sandwich and touch the fries but then he tells the workers "this isn't my order" and he didn't want all that stuff on his chicken sandwich just a regular one" so he handed it back.. only for my sister to remind the worker that she had been waiting on my food but by this time she gets a bag and brings it to me and asks me to double check to make sure it wasn't flipped upside down and messed up in the box because the man just did this to some food and fries.. well guess what it was exactly how she saw the food once the man dismantled it and gave it to the worker.. I'm so upset and I'm pregnant and was hoping to get decent food on top of my refund being messed up. I know its fast food but I'm a human being paying for services and this was so unfair.

  Why does this location charge so much more than other locations.. $2 more for a large shamrock shake than the other McDonald's in the area.. and it wasnt even made well wasnt even mixed good. Did not taste very well.. shame on you McDonald's. This is not the 1st time ive noticed higher prices at this location than others. $5 more for dinner boxes.
