  They were super busy while I was picking up a DoorDash, but the man at the window offered me a Pepsi. My outlook on the situation was very bright after that. This was one of the most delicious Pepsis I have ever had, I never usually eat Taco Bell. Fast forward I decide to return and order some food myself. If the Pepsi was that good, the food has to be decent. At this point a lady with a lovely smile, hands in my food and it was some of the best food I had this week. I ordered the two pack of Chalupa‘s with steak instead of chicken and it was very delicious. Normally, I would complain about the instance that I was in the drive-through for a while, but honestly what Taco Bell location or McDonald’s or otherwise fast food location do you not every once in A while have that happen.

  Purchased chicken bacon topped fries. Was pretty tasty, but toward the end I bit into a chunk of chicken bone. Definitely going to think twice before ordering that again.

  This is honestly the worst location you can go to. The staff are extremely rude and the line moves like molasses. If you walk inside, the staff ignores you. Go to the location in Sheffield Village instead. The experience is like night and day.

  A truly awful experience. Just go somewhere else. Ordered through the app before meeting with 2 others for lunch. Arrived, said they were working on my order. The other 2 ordered in store. When the other 2 received their food, I asked about mine again. Still working on it but gave me my drink. When the other 2 were close to finishing, I went to check again. I had to wait as the employees were having a discussion about credit card fees. When someone managed to see me, they handed me my order, which had been done before I arrived. They said "I didn't realize this was yours. Now that I had my food as the others were finishing eating, I ordered a volcano quesarito and a cantina chicken bowl. Not only was the food now cold, the quesarito was not wrapped all the way and had VERY little of anything in the tortilla. The chicken bowl they put in bag on its side and did not close the lid, so it was just all piled in bottom of the bag. Did not eat.
