- JPJeffrey Porter3 days ago1.0A truly awful experience. Just go somewhere else. Ordered through the app before meeting with 2 others for lunch. Arrived, said they were working on my order. The other 2 ordered in store. When the other 2 received their food, I asked about mine again. Still working on it but gave me my drink. When the other 2 were close to finishing, I went to check again. I had to wait as the employees were having a discussion about credit card fees. When someone managed to see me, they handed me my order, which had been done before I arrived. They said "I didn't realize this was yours. Now that I had my food as the others were finishing eating, I ordered a volcano quesarito and a cantina chicken bowl. Not only was the food now cold, the quesarito was not wrapped all the way and had VERY little of anything in the tortilla. The chicken bowl they put in bag on its side and did not close the lid, so it was just all piled in bottom of the bag. Did not eat.
