- LRLp RHINOJun 29, 20251.0Horrible that when you order that you can’t add items to your order even if you pay for it. Got the foot long nachos. Wasn’t worth it. Also ordered a bottle of pop which was warm and they wouldn’t give ice unless you paid for an another full size drink. If you can’t keep pop cold at least give a cup of ice. It’s sucks to go anywhere these days.
- JWJennifer WardJun 22, 20251.0I was visiting my sister in lorain and she ordered online a sub to be ready when she get off from work,it would not let her put a pick up time in, she called up to the restaurant and told them this, that person got off and didn't tell the next worker,them sandwiches set all day and l wanted them to make me some fresh ones,the Filipino lady was very rude and nasty,l written to corporate, no luck,l will never go to this subway again
