They put Italian herbs and cheese bread on it, which would have been fine if my husband wasn’t lactose intolerant. He called and they said a manager would call him back. They never did. So he called back and the manager said “they don’t do refunds, but they’d give him a free sandwich next time he came in.” Well first off it’s not free, he couldn’t eat his dinner because he can’t have dairy so he paid for a sandwich that he couldn’t eat and then he had to go out and get dinner because we thought he already had dinner. So that cost more money than to start with. That’s ridiculous, there is no reason to not be able to refund an order that they messed up on. I get it mistakes happen, but making it right is a part of business. Not throwing his name on a piece of paper and telling him he can get a free sandwich next time he comes in.
