    Slow night crew, though I can understand that as somethings might need to be made fresh late at night, but they forgot to give me a part of my order and when I went back around for it they still messed up and gave me the wrong food. 😡

    What the hell did I just get served? My QP had NO bottom.bun...two cookies were stuck together and rock hard. One job!! Yall have one job!

    I bought a 10 piece nuggets to eat for my lunch the next day at work. The next day at work I go to reheat the 10 pc nuggets to find they only gave me 7, not the 10 that I bought. I called to tell them about their mistake and the person on their phone, claimed to be a manager then went on to ridicule my complaint. He could not care less. I'll never go the McDonald's on Broadway in Lorain (next to St. Rt. 2) ever again. Not that they care 1 bit. Just letting people know how lazy these McDonald's workers and managers are.

    I do not frequent this location often because it NEVER fails to disappoint. It is convenient on my way to work, but I will go out of my way for better quality. Drive Thru employees are great! Food absolutely horrible! EVERY time. This morning I gave it another try, hash brown was soaked in oil and practically raw. The oil soaked the package, the wrapper of the sandwich, and all of the napkins that were in the bag! The sandwich (sausage egg cheese mcgriddle) was half cooked. Even the egg! How does that happen? I only stop here for breakfast and I have NEVER been satisfied with the quality. I DO NOT recommend this location. You will see another less that 5 miles in any direction...go there!
