Me and my boyfriend went to order and they said it would be a 20-25 minute wait only one customer in the lobby and none in the drive thru. But we really wanted it so we waited and came back to the ordering screen where we asked for beef nachos, which they couldn’t fulfill and they’re quite literally called my boyfriend stupid and cussed him out. I’ve worked in customer service so I try to be understanding but this is absolutely ridiculous. NEED TO SHUT DOWN

Then for 5 straight minutes silence. Not even a “I will be with you shortly” or “sorry we’re understaffed I will be right with you.” Very unprofessional. After ordering I go up to the window and wait another 10 minutes to pay for my order and receive it. All while an associate is filling drinks right by the window (none of them mine) she proceeds to fill up more and more drinks for other orders. The only things I ordered were a burrito and nacho fries. So nothing time consuming I mean it’s “fast food.” Fries were delicious as always. Burrito was a little off and very messy and thrown together sloppily. They need help.
