I got my daughter a plain Meatball 6inch and she changed me for Meatball pepperoni sub. I understand a mistake can happen but a mistake on BOTH sandwiches AND charged me for dine in? My bill was almost $5 more than it should have been! I wonder how many other people this happens to but they don't question it. I called the store, no answer. I will be back in there tomorrow for refund of the overcharged amount. I will also be reporting this to corporate. SHAME ON YOU. NO WONDER YOU WERE HESITANT WHEN I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT. Just so you know, this could be thrift by deception. I went online and entered the sandwiches I actually got so I could see what I was supposed to be charged. Big difference in the totals.
