  Not exaggerating, this specific McDonald's has messed up my order countless times. I literally ordered one combo, and they can't even get that right. I'm not trying to sound like a Karen. But something needs to be said because this has happened way too many times. They clearly do not have good work ethics at all and do not care about people. Handful of times, I just see workers goofing off in there, laughing with their staff members and not taking their job seriously. They charge for sauce and almost never provide it and if they do it's literally just one. They never get the right size correct, and they are always missing some part of a small order. I hope management takes steps to improve order accuracy and customer service moving forward.

  this place is absolutely disgusting i ordered a plain sandwich and there so lazy they took a pre made sandwich that had EVERYTHING on it and just scraped it all off, the nuggets were literally mushy they fell apart in your mouth like a brisket, absolutely disgusting .

  What's the point in ordering on the app, if when you get to the store they pull you around and you end up waiting 10 minutes for your order? I get it if it happens once or twice, but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Ordering head is supposed to save you time, not waste it. 😒
