  The food was absolutely amazing today.! Hot , fresh, and delicious! Had tenders, fries and mint fusion frosty! Kudos to the staff!

  I went through the drive-through. The person that was at the first window was friendly and said sorry that she had to give me so much change back. I guess they were short on quarters. I didn’t mind but that was wonderful. She apologize for it. Second window to pick up the food and I had coffee instead of soda. The young man was very nice, even notice my kitties in the car and said hi to them. He was very polite. Asked me to pull over until he could get the coffee to me. They made a fresh pot of coffee because they were out. I was tremendously grateful and thankful and appreciated that they went all their way to make a pot of coffee for me. Because I went to a Wendy’s in independence Missouri and they said they didn’t have any coffee and they wouldn’t make any. And this was five or 6 o’clock at night. And when I went to this Wendy’s here in Logan Ohio, I think it was approximately between 830 and 9 PM when I arrive there. And they were willing to make me a pot of coffee so I can have a cup of coffee. And tremendously grateful and thankful for them that they went all the way to do that. The food was wonderful and the dessert was wonderful and the coffee was absolutely delicious. I really love how they made the coffee. Period and the young man brought me my coffee to me where I parked. He was such a sweet young man, and he was very much a gentleman to me and all three of my kitties. He even got the pet to the kittens and he got to see the older kitty which is she’s usually very shy about people. But she came out and looked at him and he talked to her too. I tremendously grateful and thankful and appreciate what he did and how he represented himself and how he was attentive to my fur babies too. And he apologize that I had to wait for the coffee because I had to make a pot of coffee. And I said that’s OK. As long as I got coffee that’s OK with me. I’d rather wait just a few minutes for a cup of coffee. Did not ever be offered coffee at all when I asked for some. They were quick at the drive-through efficient, friendly, and the food was cooked just right and so forth. I tremendously appreciate them and thankful and grateful for them. They did a wonderful job. More than I could say for any other Wendy’s I have been to. I really recommend this with Wendy’s here. And I’m from out of state. So this wind should get a 10 star instead of a five star. I’ve been to a variety of Wendy’s and this is the best one I’ve ever been to. The food was cooked right and it was hot and I got coffee when I asked if they had coffee and they made some. And that meant very much to me. Thank you, Candy

  Theressa is the best! One day someone forgot to give me a lemonade I ordered so I called and told them and she invited me back to get the lemonade. She was so nice and fixed the issue with such grace. She seems like she's runs a tight nice shift there.

  The review before mine described a very similar experience, and unfortunately I have to agree. The nuggets were cold, like they had been sitting out for hours, and weren’t even slightly warm. The fries were also cold and tasted old. Wendy’s usually has my favorite nuggets, which makes this even more disappointing. At this point, it makes me question the freshness and safety of the food being served.
