The nuggets were cold, like they had been sitting out for hours, and weren’t even slightly warm. The fries were also cold and tasted old. Wendy’s usually has my favorite nuggets, which makes this even more disappointing. At this point, it makes me question the freshness and safety of the food being served.

Just how long are you allowed to leave food sit before throwing it out and not serving it? Fries are literally cold, and the burger is so dry the edges are hard and it's been sitting because the cheese is no longer melted. We pay for fresh not stale food. Idk what happened to this location but this is unacceptable to serve.

- LLLinDec 24, 20252.0When I first walked into the vestibule, it smelled like fish or raw meat I stood for more than 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, let alone too my order ordered to go, and I understand I share the blame for not checking before I left, but ordered a cheeseburger and when I got home over 1/2 hour away I got a chicken sandwich I commiserate that it is Christmas Eve day and close to lunchtime, but really? take some pride in your work I have gotten food in the Logan location before and has not been fully cooked I will not be going back for awhile
