  Went through the drive-through ordered four $7.00 Boxes get to the window or pick up person working at window gave me one bag with who knows what Was in it, handed it to my Buddy had to tell the person at the window I ordered four Of them so they had to go back and make the other three and then came back with a bag with a bunch of stuff that wasn’t even in the seven dollar box and had the stuff all in one bag said they ran out of boxes we Did not receive the stuff that was supposed to be in the box ask for hot sauce so they didn’t have any hot sauce. They ran out very bad location Never been there before and won’t be back

  I used to order here alot. But idk what happened. My food is ALWAYS WRONG. I call to try to get my food fixed they answer and just leave it. I remember ordering food waiting 30 minutes to leave cause I knew they was slow. Got there waited a hour. I don't think this place should be in business.

  Waited 25 minutes for there to be “no taco shells” at taco bell. If you don’t get your food cold this will be your experience

  Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. I used to think we had one of the best around. Within the past six months, I have lost over $35 to this Taco Bell with nothing done about it. They encourage you to use the app to order food, which one day in the summer I did. They said they never got it. They had us put in another order and pay a second time. We never got a refund for our first order that we paid for on the app . The manager told me they have no control over the app and they couldn’t refund us. Today we were at the Logan Christmas parade and I ran in Taco Bell while we were waiting. The shift lead was nowhere to be seen and the crew were having conversations in the side back of the store. There was no one to take my order. I used the kiosk to place two separate orders. At that point, they had started making the food and noticed a mistake. (It was an add chicken to a beef taco, which must have been pressed by my sleeve.) The shift lead had appeared by then and told me that since I ordered on the kiosk, she couldn’t refund the $1.70. For add chicken, although we didn’t actually get chicken added. She insisted she could not refund me because I ordered on the kiosk. I let her know the only reason I ordered on the kiosk is due to the fact that no one upfront to take my order. I was met with blank stares and shrugs.
