  Tonight I went to Panera Bread to order dinner. I am deathly allergic to pickles. When I ordered my sandwich I said “No pickles anywhere near it, I am severely allergic” Once I went back in to get my boyfriend’s sandwich remade because they rang up the wrong sandwich, I realized there was a pickle in my wrapper. I checked the ticket and the cashier put no pickles on it but didn’t write that it was an allergy. I told them I am allergic and the person, Mars, that was in the kitchen area made sure to pass all the blame onto the person who put on the order instead of understanding that even if he didn’t write allergy, that there still shouldn’t be a pickle in it when it says “no pickles anywhere near” I understand the employee needs to type allergy so that the kitchen knows but after working in the service industry for 20 years I also understand that the cooks should read a ticket. Mars kept cutting me off and continuing to pass on the full blame to the cashier instead of just apologizing and remaking it. Mars was unprofessional and should leave the ego at the door when coming to work. I also have had this problem at this location often where I get a pickle when telling them I am allergic. Today’s remade sandwich was the first time I have ever seen an allergy sticker. I didn’t even know they had them at Panera. Will not be returning to this location.

  Very disappointed with the bagel sizes panera! All the great tasting bagels got discontinued as well as the cream cheeses! This is all corporate fault!!! I used to love having a huge asiago bagel or the spinach and cheddar or the sundried tomato or chocolate chip French toast etc....

  The staff and management here is amazing. I bought food to be delivered to my work and when it never was I emailed them. First thing the next morning they offered to replace it for me. They are awesome and so kind. The food was delicious and exactly what I wanted. I will be returning everytime!

  I have been to this Panera💚 Bread 🍞 location once when I took myself on my mini trip to Lima Ohio to Lima Mall🛍 to Cinnabon and went here after I was done shopping 🛍 for the day. I loved it💘🩷💗💖💜👌🏻💘✨️ it was so much fun having my dinner here before I went back here to get myself back on the rode while heading back home. The food was delicious 😋 as always, the service was good, and the atmosphere was really nice, I sat by the window and there is a nice fireplace in here. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
