  Smallest piece of baguette ever. The chili was way too spicy! Couldn't eat it. The bacon on the BLT was cold...should have been warmed up.

  This Panera has a friendly staff. The food was average and the dining room looked quite tired. Many booth seats have large rips in them. The restaurant can use a refresh of the dining area.

  Was celebrating being cancer free, and the staff gave me an extra chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven to show support and celebrate with me. This is why I always go to the Harding Hwy in Lima location, they care about their customers.

  Ordered 3 bagels. When we got them they were barely toasted and cold. Had to ask them to re-toast them. Butter that was given came out of the freezer it seemed. How are you to spread that on a bagel. So we asked the kitchen if they could butter them for us as you would think they would have butter back there for sandwich orders etc but we were pointed to a microwave to use. Well if they took a minute to think , the butter packets have foil on the top of them and can’t be put in the microwave so I needed a plate. I spent 5 min scraping hard blocks of butter out onto a plate to microwave them so that they were spreadable for the bagel. By the time I got done that, the bagels were cold. You have to ask yourself why on earth does a restaurant that serves people have a microwave for customers to use ?! As we were leaving my 10 yr old son pointed out the Panera commitment sign which states that they take pride in serving fresh great food to customers liking. If I would have had my phone I would have taken a photo and attached it. I think you need to rethink your vision statement.
