  Starting to loose faith in all McDonald's locations in the surrounding area. Order accuracy is trash got a single patty on a double cheeseburger meal. Think I'm gonna start looking for other options I'm gonna cash out my rewards n move on. 👍

  I ordered a Big Mac using 6000 points from the app. I ordered it without onions, sauce, and pickles.When i received my sandwich i looked at it and BOTH patties had massive bites taken out of them. This is disturbing and disgusting. Such childishness. The person or persons who participated in this deserve to be fired. I am disabled and can become ill easily. I filed a formal report as well. This is unprofessional behavior and not acceptable according to McDonald’s policies and procedures.

  Terrible customer service. The manager Megan was so rude and hateful. There was an associate named Cody that told me Jesus don't like ugly. I have never had such a terrible experience!

  We almost always go to Elida Rd Mc Donald's. Mary is a super employee she's always ready with help and a smile!! She needs a raise lol!!

  The amount of incompetence it takes to give somebody barbecue sauce when the receipt says sweet-and-sour and you completely forget the big Mac, which was the first thing I ordered. Crazy how it’s every time no matter who comes, this is the 3rd time in a just 2 weeks. the morning crew does just fine while the night crew has 6 cars waiting while not giving others their orders, but the lady at the back register was very polite
