Two weeks ago I was here as well, waited in line at the intercom and nobody ever came on to acknowledge my existence. I waited for several minutes then left.

I'll ask for it, which is what I do with the fish sandwich. I did stop in and ordered a fish. It was over cooked and now not served with extra sauce and old fries. If I can't count on how McDonald's builds their sandwiches I will need to walk in and try to get someone to come to the counter for a discussion on what the procedure is today and how I would like it made. I wouldn't even try that at the drive thru. Please just go back to the original ways.
