How are you to spread that on a bagel. So we asked the kitchen if they could butter them for us as you would think they would have butter back there for sandwich orders etc but we were pointed to a microwave to use. Well if they took a minute to think , the butter packets have foil on the top of them and can’t be put in the microwave so I needed a plate. I spent 5 min scraping hard blocks of butter out onto a plate to microwave them so that they were spreadable for the bagel. By the time I got done that, the bagels were cold. You have to ask yourself why on earth does a restaurant that serves people have a microwave for customers to use ?! As we were leaving my 10 yr old son pointed out the Panera commitment sign which states that they take pride in serving fresh great food to customers liking. If I would have had my phone I would have taken a photo and attached it. I think you need to rethink your vision statement.
