You will waste your life away sitting in the drive thru for minutes and minutes and minutes on end. And god forbid something is wrong with your order, because going inside takes another half hour of your life away. From the back kitchen, they all watch you and make faces like you’re stupid for wanting to be helped at the counter. They will straight up ignore you until you honestly just wanna leave, take the L and never return. Horrible, god-awful service. I’ll gladly take the extra couple minutes driving down the road to the Elida Rd location.
