Called about what happened, not once but twice got hung up on and then they refused to answer the phone!!! Then to come back to this location, to not even be told sorry for what happened!!!! Y'all are out of your minds for thinking that any of this is acceptable!!!! You are the face of that company, and to be disrespectful that can't and won't acknowledge that what you did and how handled the situation was entirely inappropriate!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for not having integrity yet alone some human decency to take care of a situation that you all carelessly took care of.
