  I waited for 15 minutes for a stupid coffee and I did mobile order and it still took that long I ended up leaving and canceling the order and if I had not done so I probably would still be waiting there to this very day ur reading this I HAD ENOUGH TIME TO MADE FRIENDS and when I proceed to call them and complain the manager js said we're short staffed I'm sorry and kept calling me babe if I could give less than a 1 star i would they donet even deserve half of one

  Went thru the drive thru to try the new Big Arch. It was Big that's for sure. It has a lot of toppings on it, but it tasted very bland. That was weird to me. I tried it but I won't buy it again.

  Went through the drive thru,ordered A Quarter pounder meal , everything was hot ,and the half unsweet / sweet tea is always fresh

  This place is being run by a bunch of young kids, several of them and the service was still not good. Worst of all, the food tasted so poorly (even for fast food) and they admitted to knowing the fryer oil needed to be changed after I got 2 sets of fries that were absolutely disgusting. She just said they could give a refund, so I gave all the food back and got my money back. And that was after it took 15 to 20 minutes to get help. Nobody would even look at the people who were waiting at the counter to be helped. Someone needs to step up and get things in order here.

  First, I went to the restroom and unfortunately didn’t notice there was no toilet paper, my boyfriend asked them to bring me some and I waiting several minutes and they never came, I had to walk over to the other stall that had a very little toilet paper. Second, I finally got back to the table to my cold food to find they had my order wrong, I went to get it fixed and they just took the sandwich from my hand, made a new one and the new bagel was disgusting. The restaurant was dirty and the supervisor on duty at 9:30 on February 14 was rude and lacked in customer service. Then there was a guy that was completely unprofessional putting on a vest and cussing because he had to go outside. The supervisor did tell him to watch his mouth. I will never return to this location.
