The drive-thru service was extremely slow, and when we finally received our order and got back on the road, I discovered that my oatmeal was cold — it clearly had been sitting out for quite some time. To make matters worse, the employee who handed me our food, a young blonde woman, did so with visible irritation and dismissiveness, simply saying “here” and she shoves the bag at me. I rarely write negative reviews, but this level of service was unacceptable. It feels like this location takes advantage of being right off the expressway, assuming travelers won’t bother to turn around and address poor service once they’re back on the road.

- NRNicole RisnerSep 24, 20251.0Ordered online at 8:18pm to pick up at drive thru, arrived at 8:50 for pickup because this location is NOTORIOUS for being slow in the evening, was pulled forward to wait for food I ordered 30 minutes prior, got my food finally at 9:06pm, went home to feed my kids and EVERYTHING was old, fries were cold, buns were stale, hamburgers were OVER COOKED, nuggets were obviously sitting in the warmer for well over 20 minutes because they were stale. Called to get a refund or at least my order replaced and the very unprofessional “manager” told me they only had 4 people working but I saw a person at the first window taking money, 3 girls just standing at the pickup window and 2 others standing looking at screens and one who was outside running food to other cars pulled ahead, that’s 7 people! No refund and no resolution to the old food that took them 45 minutes to get ready! DO BETTER!
