Not sure who would appoint her as a manager. Very rude. Very uncooperative when we asked for a simple refund for the items they forgot to include in our order that they charged us for on our card. She refused. After arguing for a while she finally said she could refund only 1.75. We are regular customers and because of this we will never eat at any bdubs ever again. And we will be sure tell everyone in our circle of family, friends and coworkers.
