  24 hour McDonald's unless you come in the morning. Every morning they are coming up with every excuse in the book to not take an order. They are supposed to be 24 hours but you might as well forget about breakfast until 6am. Forget the people who have to be at work early because this McDonald's is as down as their ice cream machines in the morning. I gave it a 3 star because when you're actually able to order the food isn't so bad. Don't call yourself a 24 hour place when every morning is a new excuse to not take an order.

  Asked for one single item, a basic hot vanilla latte, but please add two ice cubes so it’s not as hot. She heard me and then switched it to an iced coffee that wasn’t even the right size. Black girl, rude, no costumer service skills.

  12:30 AM this night, the woman had a horrible attitude. I didn’t say anything I just ignored it. I told my brother next to me that AI and robots are going to rightfully take people’s jobs. I got a number 9 two cheeseburger meal. Something told me to look. There was spit on one of them 😅

  Food was warm, store dirty and service almost unresponsive. We have taken our kids here a couple of times. The first time we thought it might be a fluke experience, but after 3 visits it’s just a pattern. I think, due to the kiosks there is never anyone working the front or (from the looks of it) cleaning the lobby. I waited 5 minutes for someone to notice I was at the front counter and my husband ended up walking behind the counter to get the sauce that was left out of our happy meals. If no one is going to be attentive to the lobby customers, then the condiments and napkins should be left on the front counter for customers to have easy access.
