I only ordered 3 simple items and a drink. I was handed a bag that seemed unusually large and I checked inside and saw it was not what I had ordered. I was still at the drive through so I asked for the correct food. I was then handed a bad that had a ticket on it with what I ordered. As I drive away I check the inside and it once again was something completely different from what I ordered. I turned around and went inside this time to correct it. Sat in the lobby for almost 10 minutes for two cheese roll ups and a hard taco. I did not receive any discount or coupon for inconvenience I barely got an apology. Don’t wanna sound like a Karen but I was very inconvenienced and I don’t play about my Taco Bell.
