Went through the drive through and told them the name. Got to the window for the girl to say “we don’t have it”. Walked inside and it was sitting in the mobile pickup. Customer service is expected in industries like this. West Chester has a ton of coffee shop options and multiple of this franchise. I would recommend you give your business to a franchise that cares about the service they provide. As a local business owner. Our service and how we treat our customers ALWAYS is our top priority.

I was told they were not in season I said okau well can you tell me when they be back and is it all store the rude girl in the drive thru today Jan 5,2026 @ 256pm was unbelievably rude and said I dont know i just work here . .... I would think if you work there you would or could find that information . Anyway went back to work with three drinks I didnt like becuase they didnt have what I order then called another location and wouldn't you know they had the drinks I wanted so spent money to get those delivered to my work since I couldn't leave again. I think the girl at this location during f this time needs to be Retrained in being at least nice to customers I mean I've worked in customer service so I know and I usually dont leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience I've ever had here

They just lost our business . No reason for that. Closing early is unacceptable. !! I will make contact with the owner and Dunkin franchise on this matter . So they get no rating except poor in every category!!!
