I then called the store myself to explain to just get a new sandwich seeing how we were all outside with my two toddlers! I explained the situation over the phone and I asked for the manager and Vanessa said she was the manager and that if we had a problem we could come and talk to Lisa, the GM manager in the morning to get a refund. the way this woman talked to me was unbelievable. the most unprofessional thing I have ever dealt with in my life. we ended up not eating any of our food and now have to wait until tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. to get a full refund of $34 that was wasted. I can't believe the way she spoke to me and I also told her I don't know why your being so rude and disrespectful she said for me to call in morning to get refund and it's not her problem! this young lady does not need to be a manager! it would have been so simple to make my husband sandwich. that was wrong and remake and hand it to us! unbelievable is all I can say!
