After trying to find a restaurant that would seat our party of 9 for my parents 45th anniversary, the day after Christmas, we finally got a reservation at Brio and it was great. Our server, Jamie, was amazing. She was very attentive and gave my parents a great anniversary dinner even with candles and a dessert. The food and cocktails were great! Everyone enjoyed the evening.

Jamie was an amazing server! She was extremely nice and always present, ensuring that all our needs were met. The food and drinks were amazing. It also had very little wait time to be seated even though we were a party of 9 and didn't have a reservation. It was the best way to celebrate our parents impromptu 45th wedding anniversary dinner!

Our Christmas dinner here was delicious! It helped that we had Emma as a server she was attentive, quick, bubbly and had noticeable grit! We had a little bit of a wait because of how busy it was but we saw her working hard before we were even sat down, and so glad we got her when we did!!!!!! This was our first Brio experience and we will definitely be back. So grateful for Brio to have been open on Christmas!

Absolutely terrible experience.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. With so many restaurants to choose from, I can’t believe I picked this one and this is my second time came here. It wasn’t even busy that day.
We sat down and were completely ignored. No server ever came to our table. Instead, the bartender had to serve us, which already shows how poorly this restaurant is managed. Meanwhile, multiple staff members were walking around, talking, joking, and messing around instead of helping customers. It got so bad that the manager had to yell at them just to get them to do their jobs, which was uncomfortable and embarrassing to witness. The bartender is a woman with short hair, she was the only person who helped us at all. While she tried, she was clearly not meant to be serving tables. She was dressed extremely unprofessionally, honestly looking like she was wearing sleepwear, while the rest of the staff was dressed in black serving other guests. It made the whole place feel chaotic and careless. We were never brought drinks or bread to start, and no one checked on us for like 15 minutes. The food didn’t come out until I had to ask for it, which should never happen. When it finally arrived, the food was cold, making the experience even worse. What makes this completely unacceptable is that the bill was almost $140 and that’s not even including the tip. Paying that much for this level of service and food quality is ridiculous. Between the lack of service, poor management, unprofessional staff, and cold food, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It was chaotic. Our party of 3 waited over an hour for our food. Porkchops were dry and charred. Eggplant was mushy. I watched a party of 2 leave because they sat for 10 minutes without being greeted. Manager never stopped over. Server brought the check, took my credit card, then came back and said.he forgot to ring in the kids pizza, so your total is actually different. Brought my card back but without any receipts to sign! I continued to wait so i could give him a tip. I left this place in tears. Spent $115 (no alcohol, apps, or dessert and.one person was a.child). I feel like i was robbed. I managed at a different Brio 10 years ago and tonight was the worst experience I ever had and i was a guest!! I wish I never went. I'd still have my money and the fond memories of a once-great restaurant. Merry Christmas.
