My boyfriend made a reservation here for Valentine's Day, and it was fantastic! Toni was our server, and she did a great job of making us feel comfortable, explaining special dishes, checking in on us, and making us laugh as well! The food was delicious - we got the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer, he had lobster bisque and chicken Milanese, I had a Caesar salad and the sausage rigatoni, and I also tried the white peach iced tea (recommended by Toni). If I hadn't been so full, we would have ordered dessert as well! Wonderful atmosphere and staff, and amazing food. Highly recommend.

We went there for anniversary dinner. We had reservations. We got there 15 minutes early, so we said we would go to the bar and have a drink while they were preparing our table. We spent $40 on two drinks. The host came and said our table is ready We sat down and 29 minutes later Still no server. We had a table for two smashed between two other large table tables. The servers for each of those tables came by 10 times to help them, but Neither of them waited on us. They clearly saw us. We finally gave up and on the way out to the host. We were leaving because nobody waited on us For the last 29 minutes. He asked where were you sitting? We were sitting at that table where you sat us. No, I’m sorry. No, I’ll get the manager. He just said bye. Extremely extremely disappointing experience. For a place where $20 a drink and expensive meals are the norm. You would think the service would be impeccable not completely nonexistent.

This was my first time at a Brio restaurant. I went for valentines day yesterday. The servings are small for the price. Bread tasted like it had sat out for awhile. It was chewy. The bowl that the pasta alla vodka that was served in was too big for the serving. I had the lasagna, which was nothing to write home about.

Such a great way to spend Valentine's Day with the love of my life and the EXCELLENT (ALL CAPS FOR A REASON) Service from Ms. Toni! Her smile, charisma and attention to detail reminds me of the two Michelin Star restaurants I've attended! She absolutely is a jewel and I would come back just because of her! My food was good. I could have used a little more sauce with my Rigatoni dish but I also didn't ask. Definitely will be returning!

Took my girlfriend to Brio for Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful time! Our waitress Regan provided exceptional service, greeting us with a warm smile, constantly checking up on us, and refilling our waters! The food was fantastic and we loved the chocolate cake and cheesecake desserts! Overall I had a wonderful time at Brio and would recommend it to everyone!
