We've been coming here for a very long time. It has always been reliably good food, served up fresh and fast. Lately, something has changed. The food just doesn't have as much taste. The spicy chicken used to have very bold flavors and obvious gochujang taste. The japchae used to be very well seasoned with hints of umami. Now they are just... there with a slight soy flavor. The banchans also have less taste. The kim chi is not as pungent (in a good way), the bean sprouts are all texture and no taste. Even the teriyaki sauce seems watered down. It's not that they are bad, they are just perfectly plain vanilla. While folks visiting here for the first time may not notice it, but for us, it's very obvious. My wife noticed the same things. On the other hand, the miso soup is still good, and free. The steak is probably the best protein from a taste perspective. All in all, we will probably check back in once every other month or so just to see if anything has changed. We used to come here biweekly, if not weekly.

We usually go here, this location, every year when I visit my family in Ohio. Tonight all was well until we were wrapping up. Then it happened. My sister seen a roach under the table, my brother in law stomped it. I looked and confirmed it was a roach. We all talked about it for a bit. Decided to tell a staff member discretely... but he seemed like could care less or maybe like we were trying to scam free meal I suppose, but no. We left. I asked my sis if they have those here in Ohio, they said haven't seen in suburbs but know dorms downtown have them. Look, please fix this. I really want to come back and my family here like to eat here occasionally, so 🙏. I look forward to it as it's unique and tasty.

I am a regular visitor and I went on Veteran's Day to get the generous offer of a free meal and as usual it was delicious and it's also one of the few restaurants you can get a vegan meal - the staff is always great and friendly and professional and the place is clean and welcoming - thanks again :-)

The portion sizes here are a joke. You pay for a bowl and they fill it up maybe 1/3 of the way. Bibibop has gone downhill since opening

Went there today at 1pm. The place was very busy. The women working the front couldn't hear or struggle with English. They didn't give me the items I asked for but rather gave me two things I didn't ask for. I let it go and moved on. At the end I purchased a chocolate chip cookie as well. When I got home there was no sauce on my bowl and no cookie in the bag. With tip I still spent over 20 dollars and ended up with a bad lunch. I probably didn't need the cookies but my veggies and rice sure needed the sauce.
