So…where do I start. I would do a photo montage of the time we had at Brio as it was highly recommended. I will say the appetizer was good. We had the spinach and artichoke dip. The lobster bisque was more a creamy base with color and seafood broth. I do not recommend. The Pasta Brio is said to be a “fan favorite “. I don’t know if it was just a bad day but…it was flavorless. Save your money and go something else. Now the service. Let me take a minute to pause……. I forgot I was in what is supposed to be a nice restaurant. The waitress seemed nice but she kept disappearing. Mind you…business was slow. She would ask us if we needed something like a drink or even the bread you get when you come in. The fountain drink took 2 tries after she would come to our table and realize she forgot them. The bread came an hour after we sat down. People around us with other waiters had at least 2 breads by the time we had one. Their servers were attentive and on it. I am not sure if it was a bad day or not. When we finally found our waitress she brought us a round container for the Pasta Brio with a rectangular top. Clearly she had other things on her mind. Then…disappeared again. If you are looking for great service and a good meal, I am not sure I would put this location on the list. There are other restaurants in the Liberty area that you can go to.

Had a great experience here! Manager Sandra was fantastic—very attentive, professional, and clearly cares about the team and guests. Tiani provided excellent service as well—friendly, quick, and made sure everything was spot on. You can tell this location takes pride in what they do. Definitely will be back!

The place was empty, took forever to get our food. Once we got it. All was off. Either undercooked, no seasoning, etc. Have enjoyed many meals at Brio (not this location). Not a good night for the cook.

Pickup order experience - Ordered 4 entrees, got 1/2 loaf of bread. Seriously? I've seen them put 1/2 loaf with 1 meal. 4 meals, should've gotten 2 full loaves. Spaghetti pomodoro had almost no sauce. Margherita flatbread was ice cold, I mean like refrigerator cold, and we arrived 2 minutes before expected pickup time, so items should've been warm. The meals are $25-$40 and do not include salad, and apparently barely any bread. Not worth the price at all.
