  It's genuinely sad to see how far this location has fallen. This Subway used to be amazing, but it has completely lost its way. Even after showing her the confirmation on my phone, she refused to give us the food or a refund. Her only "solution" was for us to just pay for it all over again. Absolutely terrible service and a total lack of common sense. Definitely not the same place it used to be.

  Rude older lady behind counter. Usually like this Subway, but if I'm going to be harassed for ordering my food. I'll take my money elsewhere.

  I haven't been to a Subway in a while, but there are limited options here in Lex. The young lady behind the counter had a fantastic attitude, joked around and was excited to work. You don't find that much. The sub was made well and ingredients all looked fresh. It was a very clean location. Having a great staff who are efficient and kind is what is missing these days. It made me appreciate not stopping at one of the other fast food spots.

  Don't have have the stuff other subways have also isn't handicapped accessible and it needs a make over paint looks like its peeling off and the floor was disgusting looking. Will never go back unless it's fixed
