- MMMatt2 days ago1.00/5 stars if I could due to service. This kid in the black shirt, who was the "manager", thought it was hilarious that my wife wanted a customized sandwich wrap. Him and a blonde employees were making fun of us, because we wanted the slaw put in the wrap. Not sure what's so funny about that... the other employee (happens to be in the drive thru during the photo) had helped take our order and was somewhat more normal and respectful. Definitely don't have this experience at other Tropical Smoothies, but would not come back here due to staff.
