I was having a hard time conversing with the worker because she didn't speak English and she had to pull out Google translate to talk to me. Finally the order popped up so instead of walking out with my order I now have to wait for them to cook the entire order. I live in Marion and I don't have a Wingstop close by so things are already not going well. After waiting a bit I finally get my order and there was a tiny rip in one of the bags but I just shrugged it off. After finally getting home I open the 2 bags to find that one of the bundles as seen in the pic I was shorted 10 boneless Sweet Garlic Hot Honey wings. I was also shorted a large cheese fry from the other bundle I ordered. The tenders I ordered didn't taste good they seemed undercooked. So I get shorted 10 wings a large cheese fry and undercooked tenders.....sheesh I was angry. I tried to call the store and after waiting almost 10 minutes on hold someone finally picks up. I have to repeat twice that I wanted to speak to a manager and after waiting another minute or so they HUNG UP ON ME. Oh I was so furious after that I immediately called the store back and demanded to speak to a manager again after they hung up on me only to find out they don't even have a manager at the store. 2 girls working who don't speak English and no manager. Who the hell runs this store. Absolutely the worst Wingstop experience I have ever had. Definitely will not be returning to this location anytime soon. -100000/10
