The gentleman at the order speaker was extremely difficult to understand and just kept yelling things into the speaker. I ordered the food and the screen was incorrect when I questioned him he yelled at me saying something I couldn’t understand. I said my order a second time and he sounded quite irritated and told me to pull around. Same guy at the window tossed my bag out to me, didn’t give me a straw, I waited for it and he was ticked that I was still sitting there, I asked for a straw and he was livid. I will not be back to this Wendy’s! Everyone has a bad day now and again but this gentleman was irate and had multiple opportunities to make the interaction better and chose not to!
